C.U. REGISTRATION FORM FILL UP NOTICE

Students of 1^st Semester B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com. for the session 2023-2024 yet to fill up their Registration Form, are asked to submit the Registration Form to the college office  on 30^th October, 2023 between 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. failing which their admission will be treated as cancelled.

Documents to be submitted:-

1)   2 (two) copies downloaded C.U. Registration Form

(Download process mentioned below)

2)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of H.S. Mark sheet

3)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of Admit Card

(Madhyamik or equivalent exam.)

4)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of Admit Card

(10+2 exam.)

5)   Original and Photocopy (without attestation) of SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL students

6)   Original Migration Certificate for migrated students

7)   Original and Photocopy of Aadhar Card

8)   One copy recent passport size color photo

9)   College Acknowledgement Card
